I say keep it only 1/2 a shade lighter than your foundation. When it get’s too light it really truly can look like you were in the tanning booth with little goggles on. If you feel like you needs a touch more brightness you can always add a brightener to the darkest spot. I love Cle De Peau’s Brilliant Enhancer....

I really think a concealer should only be about 1/2 to a whole a shade lighter than your foundation. If it’s too light it kind of defeats the purpose and almost highlights, meaning, draws attention to the under eye. @HOURGLASSCOSMETICS Immaculate Liquid Powder foundation is a gorgeous full coverage foundation. Even though it’s finish seems quite opaque, there is still something translucent about it. So you feel covered with out looking like you’re wearing a mask.
