Spent the day at Disneyland yesterday with my darling husband and two oldest children.
To live in the spirited land of disney and enjoy roller coasters with my kids for the day enriched my soul. To see it all through their eyes, reminds me to see again. A fresh twist on an old story. Thank you children.

brookelingottlieb: whenever i have just a small amount of time to complete a task, i set an alarm to create the ability to play freely, if i do not it feels anxious and constricted.  in other words, utilize your free time wisely.  without barriers a river would not flow steady.   inhale hug into yourself to create support and breath out to lengthen goodnight.
